Very early on Ron discovered he had an affinity for numbers and how those concepts related to the broader world of accounting. This early interest developed into a serious pursuit at Case Western Reserve University as an undergraduate and then as a graduate student. Learning about and understanding the role of accounting in people's lives transitioned into the deep respect he has for the profession, with his personal apex of attainment being a CPA.
The approach Ron takes when it comes to clients is influenced by many years in the corporate environment. Prior to starting his practice, he was CFO for a Dutch-owned company headquartered in Amsterdam. Ron’s core beliefs are being probative, responsive, and proactive. This becomes the basis for any inquiries involving one’s business, litigation, or IRS matters. Ron believes in listening to clients with the ears of a CPA (Client Psycho Analyst) so that he can provide the level of personalized service each client expects and deserves.

Michael began his career with a small local firm before joining Blumka Bryant CPAs LLC. He shares a common vision of providing the highest level of service to each client and sharing his expertise to provide clients with an opportunity to meet and exceed their goals every year. Besides his experience in tax consulting and compliance, he has served as an outsourced accounting consultant for many small to mid-size businesses.
Michael received a BS in Accounting with Cum Laude honors from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Originally from the Dallas area, Michael and his family live in Prosper. He is a loyal fan of all Dallas sports team and poring over their statistics led to his appreciation of numbers.

Brett loves helping businesses maximize their resources, meeting new clients and learning about their unique situations, and learning how different types of companies operate in their own industry. He finds it rewarding to be a part of businesses growing/thriving.
Continuously learning and keeping up to date with the constantly evolving area of tax is essential to Brett, who completed his MAcc degree in 2022 and is studying for the CPA exam.
When he isn't working hard for his clients or studying for exams, Brett can be found outdoors with his wife, Kayla, and their dog, Sadie. He also enjoys listening to true crime podcasts and completing escape rooms with friends when he gets some time off from work!
